  • 1.5 parts Ming River (strong-aroma) Baijiu
  • 1/2 Hibiscus and mint tea
  • 3/4 Grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 Grapefruit Earl Grey syrup
  • 1/4 Ginger beer
  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl.

    Garnish with orange slices, mint and hibiscus.

For the grapefruit Earl Grey syrup, simply add Earl Grey tea to the classic Don’s mix recipe.
