- 2oz Coconut fat-washed or sesame fat-washed Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
- 1/2 oz Rum Fire overproof Jamaican rum
- 1 oz Coconut cream
- 1 oz Banana milk
- 1.5 oz Pineapple juice
- 2Strain into a chilled Collins glass over ice.
- 3Garnish with pineapple leaf and/or plantain chip.
For an optional twist, blend with light ice and flash blend for 10 seconds. Pour and garnish as above.
