Baijiu cocktail with terracotta warrior

Ingredients
  • 2oz Coconut fat-washed or sesame fat-washed Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
  • 1/2 oz Rum Fire overproof Jamaican rum
  • 1 oz Coconut cream
  • 1 oz Banana milk
  • 1.5 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1
    Shake.

    Strain into a chilled Collins glass over ice.

    Garnish with pineapple leaf and/or plantain chip.

For an optional twist, blend with light ice and flash blend for 10 seconds. Pour and garnish as above.
