- 1.5oz Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
- 1/2oz Gran Marnier
- 1/2oz Spiced rum
- 1/2oz Grenadine
- Bell pepper
- 1Muddle bell pepper.
- 2Stir ingredients with pepper.
- 3Strain and garnish with orange peel.
This cocktail was the happy result of asking Ashley Mac to develop a simplified version of her Year of the Tiger cocktail using only ingredients (baijiu excepted) that could be found that can be found in the average neighborhood bar or restaurant.
