  • 1.5oz Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
  • 1/2oz Gran Marnier
  • 1/2oz Spiced rum
  • 1/2oz Grenadine
  • Bell pepper
  • 1
    Muddle bell pepper.
  • 2
    Stir ingredients with pepper.
  • 3
    Strain and garnish with orange peel.

This cocktail was the happy result of asking Ashley Mac to develop a simplified version of her Year of the Tiger cocktail using only ingredients (baijiu excepted) that could be found that can be found in the average neighborhood bar or restaurant.
