- 50ml Erguotou (light-aroma baijiu)
- ½ Fresh passion fruit
- 20ml Fresh lemon juice
- 15ml Cherry brandy
- 10ml Simple syrup (adjust to the acidity of passion fruit)
- 1Shake all ingredients hard over ice.
- 2Strain into a chilled coupette glass.
