Ingredients
  • 30ml Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
  • 30ml Giffard's Pineapple Liqueur
  • 30ml Lemon juice 
  • 10ml Freimeisterkollektiv Sage Distillate 
  • 10ml Giffard's Sugar Syrup 
  • 30ml Egg white
  • 1 dash Saline 
  • 5ml Absinthe  
  • 1
    Dry and wet shake.

    Strain into a coupe.
  • 3
    Garnish with a pineapple wheel.
