- 1oz Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
- 1oz Infused scotch whisky*
- 1/2oz Lemon juice
- 3/4oz Honey
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1Mix all ingredients except bitters together in mug.
- 2Top with hot water and the bitters.
A spicy baijiu twist on the classic Hot Toddy, perfect for chasing away the cold.
