Baijiu hot toddy
  • 1oz Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
  • 1oz Infused scotch whisky*
  • 1/2oz Lemon juice
  • 3/4oz Honey
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1
    Mix all ingredients except bitters together in mug.

    Top with hot water and the bitters.

A spicy baijiu twist on the classic Hot Toddy, perfect for chasing away the cold.
*Originally made with a scotch infused with apple butter, ginger, all spice, Vietnamese cinnamon and clove.
