Orange baijiu cocktail with apple slice
  • 20ml HKB (strong-aroma baijiu)
  • 20ml Evan Williams bourbon
  • 15ml Pere Magloire calvados
  • 15ml Lemon juice
  • 20ml Homemade Braeburn apple syrup
  • 2 dashes Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel Bitters

    Add all ingredients into shaker with one small pellet of ice and whip.

    Pour into highball glass filled with crushed ice and swizzle until cold.

    Cap with ice and garnish with apple wheels and mint.
