- 1oz Giffard Abricot du Rousillon
- 3/4oz Contratto Aperitif (or Aperol)
- 1/2oz Lemon juice
- 2 dash Sichuan peppercorn tincture
- 1 dash Absinthe (optional)
- 1Shake.
- 2Serve in a coupe glass with a sprig of rosemary.
For additional spice, try garnishing with a sprig of fresh Sichuan peppercorn.
