- 30ml Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
- 20ml Homemade mango-orange blossom-ylang ylang-vanilla cordial
- 5 Basil leaves
- 50ml Sparkling wine
- 1Muddle basil in shaker and shake all ingredients but the sparkling wine over ice.
- 2Strain into a coupette glass or tiki mug over fresh ice.
- 3Top with sparkling wine.
- 4Garnish with basil.
