Baijiu cocktail with dehydrated pineapple
Ingredients
  • 20ml Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
  • 20ml Spreewood Feuerfalter Rum
  • 10ml Freytag Zimtzitze (cinnamon liqueur)
  • 20ml Pineapple juice
  • 20ml Lime juice
  • Rich simple syrup, to taste
  • dash Vanilla bitters
  • 1
    Shake.

    Serve on the rocks in a double Old Fashioned glass with a dehydrated pineapple garnish.

The piña colada of tomorrow. The dehydrated pineapple might feel optional, but it isn’t.
