- 20ml Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
- 20ml Spreewood Feuerfalter Rum
- 10ml Freytag Zimtzitze (cinnamon liqueur)
- 20ml Pineapple juice
- 20ml Lime juice
- Rich simple syrup, to taste
- dash Vanilla bitters
- 1Shake.
- 2Serve on the rocks in a double Old Fashioned glass with a dehydrated pineapple garnish.
The piña colada of tomorrow. The dehydrated pineapple might feel optional, but it isn’t.
