Ingredients
  • 45ml Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
  • 25ml Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
  • 15ml Pineapple syrup
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • Thomas Henry Ultimate Grapefruit soda
  • 1
    Shake all ingredients but soda.
  • 2
    Strain into highball glass over ice.
  • 3
    Top with soda.
