
Ingredients
- 45ml Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
- 25ml Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
- 15ml Pineapple syrup
- 30ml Lemon juice
- Thomas Henry Ultimate Grapefruit soda
- 1Shake all ingredients but soda.
- 2Strain into highball glass over ice.
- 3Top with soda.
