Ingredients
  • 30ml Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
  • 20ml Aperol
  • 10ml Raspberry liqueur
  • 30ml Pineapple juice
  • 15ml Lime juice
  • Thomas Henry soda water
  • 1
    Shake.
  • 2
    Strain over ice.
  • 3
    Top with soda water.
  • 4
    Garnish with mint and dehydrated pineapple.
