  • 40ml Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
  • 20ml Fernet Branca Menta
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • Ginger Ale

    Stir the first three ingredients in a highball glass with ice to chill.

    Garnish with parmesan cheese flakes atop a mango chip.
