- 1oz Mianzhu Daqu (strong-aroma baijiu)
- 1oz St. Germain
- 2oz Blood orange puree
- 3-4 Mint leaves
- 1Muddle mint leaves in a shaker.
- 2Shake ingredients with ice.
- 3Strain into rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4Garnish with mint leaf.
