  • 25ml Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
  • 25ml Tempus Fugit Banana Liqueur
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • 1
    Shake with ice.

    Strain into a chilled coupette.
  • 3
    Garnish with strawberry dust.

Strong-aroma baijiu does wonders in tropical drinks, but throw in a little Dutch egg liqueur and things get crazy. And yet, we’d still Advocaat(e) it. Sorry for that.
