- 1oz Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
- 1oz Tequila blanco
- 1/2oz Campari
- 1/2oz Orange liqueur
- 1/2oz Orgeat
- 1/2oz Orange juice
- 1/2oz Lime juice
- 1/2oz Coconut milk
- 1Shake ingredients with ice.
- 2Dirty dump the cocktail into a beer goblet.
- 3Garnish with orange peel and grated nutmeg.
Developed as part of a baijiu cocktail and Thai food pairing series for Ming River Sichuan Baijiu.
