- 1.5oz Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
- .75oz Giffard Banane du Bresil
- .5oz Mattei Quinquina Blanc
- 3 dashes Orange Bitters
- 1Stir.
- 2Strain into an old-fashioned glass with one big rock.
- 3Garnish with star anise and an orange garnish, discarding the latter.
Inspired by the eponymous poem by Joshua Ip, this is a delightful sipper that doesn’t shy away from Ming River’s natural fruitiness.
