- 1.5oz Pisco Mistral
- 1/2oz Pineapple juice
- 1/2ozl Lime juice
- 1/2oz Red Star Erguotou (light-aroma baijiu)
- 1/2oz Golden Age Kummel
- 1 dash cardamom bitters
- Club soda
- 1Stir in a tall bar glass.
- 2Top with ice and club soda.
- 3Give a final stir.
- 4Garnish with fresh dill and lemon peel.
