  • 1/2oz Pineapple juice
  • 1/2ozl Lime juice
  • 1/2oz Red Star Erguotou (light-aroma baijiu)
  • 1/2oz Golden Age Kummel
  • 1 dash cardamom bitters
  • Club soda

    Stir in a tall bar glass.
