- 30 ml Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
- 20 ml Italicus
- 15ml Mandarine orange puree
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 2 slices Cucumber
- Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger (to taste)
- 1Shake everything but the Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger.
- 2Pour into a highball glass over ice.
- 3Top with Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger.
- 4Garnish with cucumber.
