According to Kitty, “The scent and flavor of Ming River Baijiu immediately reminded me of New Jersey summers spent cruising down to the shore in the middle of the night or sipping on the last of our slushees as my friends and I made our way through the sandy beaches looking for the perfect spot to set up camp. I wanted to create a cocktail that would bring anyone to their favorite beach based memories as Ming River brought me. A cocktail that was big enough to cool anyone down on a sweltering summer day, or if you were feeling especially generous, something to share with your closest friends after getting into some shoreside mischief.”
