- 15ml Loquat syrup
- 15ml Simple syrup
- 22.5ml Lemon juice
- 30ml Apple juice
- 1Shake.
- 2Pour into rocks glass with ice.
- 3Garnish with lemon twist and mint sprig.
The fruit brings out an almond note.
