Ingredients
  • 45ml Jiangxiaobai (small-qu light-aroma baijiu)
  • 15ml Loquat syrup
  • 15ml Simple syrup
  • 22.5ml Lemon juice
  • 30ml Apple juice
  • 1
    Shake.

    Pour into rocks glass with ice.
  • 3
    Garnish with lemon twist and mint sprig.

The fruit brings out an almond note.
