Ingredients
- 1.5oz Sichuan peppercorn-infused Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
- 1/2oz Whiskey
- 1oz Mango juice
- 1/2oz Lemon juice
- 3/4oz Clove syrup
- 1Shake with ice.
- 2Strain into rocks glass over ice.
- 3Garnish with a generous mint bouquet.
An approachable but edgy drink, Good Fortune received its name because Mustipher arrived at the recipe quickly and knew at once she had a special drink. The way the flavors and textures coalesced was, in her words, “not an everyday occurance.”
