Red baijiu cocktail in coupe with Ming River
Ingredients
  • 40ml Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
  • 25ml Lillet Blanc
  • 15ml Grand Marnier
  • 1 bar spoon Fernet Branca
  • Beer foam*
  • 1
    Stir all ingredients except beer foam.

    Pour into a coupette.
  • 3
    Float beer foam over the top with a bar spoon.

Baijiu and beer are born bedfellows. This cocktail combines them both, with surprising results.

*Pouring beer into a shaker and froth with a blender (or small hand mixer) to produce foam.
