- 40ml Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
- 25ml Lillet Blanc
- 15ml Grand Marnier
- 1 bar spoon Fernet Branca
- Beer foam*
- 1Stir all ingredients except beer foam.
- 2Pour into a coupette.
- 3Float beer foam over the top with a bar spoon.
Baijiu and beer are born bedfellows. This cocktail combines them both, with surprising results.
*Pouring beer into a shaker and froth with a blender (or small hand mixer) to produce foam.
