Ingredients
  • 30ml Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
  • 30ml Japanese plum wine
  • 10ml Lime juice
  • 1 barspoon Agave syrup
  • 3 slices Red pepper
  • 10 Green peppercorns
  • 1
    Muddle peppercorn and peppers .

    Add remaining ingredients and shake over ice.

    Strain into a chilled coupette.
