
Ingredients
- 50ml Ming River Baijiu
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 20ml Honey ginger syrup
- 30ml Raspberry purée
- 5 dashes Homemade habanero bitters
- Pinch of Sichuan peppercorn
- 1Shake all ingredients hard.
- 2Strain over fresh ice.
- 3Grind Sichuan peppercorn on top.
