  • 50ml Ming River Baijiu
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • 20ml Honey ginger syrup
  • 30ml Raspberry purée
  • 5 dashes Homemade habanero bitters
  • Pinch of Sichuan peppercorn
  • 1
    Shake all ingredients hard.

    Strain over fresh ice.
  • 3
    Grind Sichuan peppercorn on top.
