Baijiu is a Chinese category of spirits that is made in a wide range of different styles using different production methods, many of which are not seen or used outside of China.
In this webinar, Derek Sandhaus will aim to showcase the history, production and main styles of baijiu. He’ll also look to demonstrate how an understanding of the broad principles of alcohol production can help to demystify production methods that might at first seem very different to the Western traditions of fermentation and distillation that we may be more familiar with.
