- 2 Orange wedges
- 25ml Erguotou (light-aroma baijiu)
- 15ml El Jimador Reposado tequila
- 10ml Diplomatico Reserva rum
- 25ml Lime juice
- 15ml Cinnamon syrup
- 7ml Simple syrup
- 1 dash Regan’s Orange Bitters
- 2-3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- 1Muddle orange wedges in a shaker.
- 2Add remaining ingredients and shake.
- 3Strain over ice into a double rocks glass.
- 4Garnish with two orange crescents.
- 5Float Peychaud’s on top.
