Ingredients
  • 1 oz Ming River (strong-aroma baijiu)
  • ¾ oz Blackstrap Rum
  • ¾ oz Pineapple juice
  • ¾ oz Lime
  • ½ oz Campari
  • ¼ oz Simple syrup
  • 1
    Whip.

    Shake.

    Strain over crushed ice.
  • 4
    Garnish with a lemon wheel and pineapple fronds.

An inspired riff on the classic tiki Jungle Bird, originally created at the Aviary Bar in Kuala Lampur.
