
Ingredients
- 1.5oz Bombay Saphire Gin
- ½oz Peach juice
- ½oz Yerba mate syrup
- ¾oz Yanghe Daqinghua (strong-aroma baijiu)
- Grapefruit soda
- 1Build in a highball glass following the ingredient list in order.
- 2Stir.
- 3Add crushed ice and stir a little bit more.
- 4Finish with grapefruit soda and add more ice if necessary.
- 5Garnish with star anise and rose buds.
